According to the constitution (available in Dutch only) the board may install an advisory council. This body may act as a sounding board for the board and the general manager and may provide them with advice, either spontaneously or by invitation. The advisory council especially has an advisory right regarding the general policy plans of the foundation.
On October 14, 2013 the Advisory Council held its first meeting and since then the members of the Council meet each other twice a year.
